Costs
Our charges are as follows:
Mediation Information Assessment Meeting (MIAM)
£125 plus VAT per person (£150 per person)
Mediation charges
£150 per person per hour (plus VAT).
£100 plus VAT per person for the preparation of Memorandum of Understanding and Open Financial Statement (if applicable)
The mediation charges are generally split equally between the parties unless there is an agreement otherwise. Charges are made for the time in mediation sessions and for the preparation of written documentation after each session. There is a fixed charge for the preparation of final agreement documentation as outlined above.
Mediation Voucher Scheme
We are participating in the mediation voucher scheme. This means that if you are eligible, you could jointly receive up to £500 towards mediation costs (this does not cover MIAM charges) if your matter relates to children matters. At the present time the scheme is expected to be available until 2025.

Legal Aid
