Costs
Our charges are as follows:
Mediation Information Assessment Meeting (MIAM)
£100 plus VAT per person (£120 per person)
Mediation charges
The mediation charges are generally split equally between the clients unless there is an agreement otherwise. This would mean that each client would pay £125 plus VAT per hour. Charges are made for the time in mediation sessions and for the preparation of written documentation.
Mediation Voucher Scheme
We are participating in the mediation voucher scheme. This means that if you are eligible, you could jointly receive up to £500 towards mediation costs (this does not cover MIAM charges) if your matter relates to children matters. At the present time the scheme is expected to be available until 2025.

Legal Aid
